Vacation Review: Italy, Sicily, Palermo, History & Sights, 6-Day Tour

Hello.  I made last minute plans to visit Palermo, Sicily but was without a hotel room.  I contacted our trip planner and she immediately responded to my emails offering to help as quickly as possibly.  She found our group of four the most wonderful hotel room in Palermo and exactly what I was looking for.  A boutique hotel in a great location.  It was perfect.  Our trip planner was professional and most helpful.  She even had a US phone line which helped immensely, a nice touch.  She made payment quick and easy, too.  I would highly recommend our trip planner and will definitely use her services for future trips.
