Vacation Review: Luxury Italy Tour, Lake Como, Menaggio, Milan Shopping, Capri Island Private Boat Tour, Florence, Spa's

We were a party of three adults.  We were nervous because we had never used Zicasso, but through Zicasso we selected this travel company!  The company (Matteo and his team) listened to our wants and did an outstanding job customizing a five-star experience for us.  Throughout our trip and through an app, we were able to real-time communicate with a team member with any questions or concerns (Thank You!). 
Our itinerary included Lake Como, Milan, Florence, the Amalfi Coast and Rome.  They customized the trip to include lots of shopping as well as site-seeing!  The hotel accommodations were amazing in terms of location, quality and level of service.  We were in the center of the cities/towns and could walk to all sites.  The drivers and guides were always on time, courteous and knowledgeable.  We were nervous about using the Italian high speed rail system, but the travel company arranged all logistics, and now we are totally comfortable using the rail system through Italy.  We would absolutely use this travel company again!
