We had a great experience working with our trip planner on planning our New Zealand adventure. She was very responsive and although we primarily based our itinerary on one of their standard ones, she was great about making minor modifications to it based on our requests for specific types of experiences. The accommodations she booked for us were fantastic, and we had great support in the rare cases where things didn't go as planned while on the trip!
