I could not have been more pleased with everything about the month-long trip in Southeast Asia.  From the planning (knowledgeable, efficient, quick, accommodating, friendly) to the trip itself and then the followup, everything was tops.  What I liked most was the willingness of the travel planner at this travel company in Montreal to modify the original itinerary that had been provided by adding some free days, adding additional requested sights, deleting others, and upgrading to a few specific hotels when I requested them.  Guides in every location  were absolutely wonderful--people I would have selected to be my own friends.  This was especially appreciated since I was traveling alone.  When I arrived in Seam Reap, Cambodia I was invited to tea by the travel company's management team in Southeast Asia to make sure the trip was moving along as planned and what could make it better.
Before booking with this company I checked with several other travel tour companies but none impressed me as much.  As for cost, I found the customized tour through this company with private guides and private drivers compared favorably with the price of group tours.  Considering the detail that goes into planning a trip like this I was surprised at the end of the month-long trip that everything had been planned and executed perfectly.  My advice to others:  look no further for trip planning; go with this travel company;  you will most assuredly not be disappointed.
