Our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with our tour operator and Zicasso was excellent. From the first contact with our travel agent, everything was professional, fast, thorough, and fun. We had lots of questions and every one was answered thoroughly and quickly.

We received excellent pre-trip planning and documentation, so we knew exactly what to expect every day. The accommodations were first-class, always clean and well appointed, always with helpful staff.

Every day we had a local guide and driver at our disposal to make sure we were always in the best hands. The drivers were very safety-oriented. The guides spoke excellent English, were very knowledgeable, and always there to help (ie: get us on flights, pick-ups at hotels and airports, guide us to bathrooms, pharmacy negotiations, food recommendations, and incredible knowledge of history and architecture.)

One of the great things about our travel agent was their ability to adapt our plans based on the weather and our needs each day. This allowed us to do all the things we wanted to do even if the weather was not cooperating. I will be using Zicasso and their travel partner again for future trips.
