The director of the company, (our trip planner was exceptional . He worked very hard and communicated with me with details. He was able to put a customized tour on very short notice during the busy holiday season. All the tours, guides, and hotels were magnificent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were many fantastic moments but the ship in Bai Tu Long and Halong Bay was extremely luxurious . The food was delicious an beautifully presented.
The staff was very professional and went out of their way to make everything perfect.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I thought the trip was perfect . I would not change anything.
