Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We worked with our trip planner, and she was amazing. We (mistakenly) told her that we wanted to see and do as much as possible. We were delighted with the itinerary, however it left two seniors with 145 birthdays between us exhausted! We had asked for it! There were things we should have changed, due only to dietary restrictions and personal preference, but on the whole we saw everything possible and then some, and we ate some amazing meals.
Our only frustration was the reams of papers with flights, sights, and information. We would have preferred one concise itinerary with daily information. Flights were on one schedule, tours another, etc. It could have been our organization of all the info, but we would have preferred one printed itinerary delineating the day ahead. There was one itinerary duplicated on two different days. We contacted this travel company via email to confirm the itinerary.
We would recommend our trip planner and this travel company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Kangaroo island was by far the highlight, especially sighting the echidna.
Our final day had no scheduled activity, and we walked across the Sydney Bridge. Amazing views.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Layovers! The flight time from Chicago to Auckland to Adelaide had us starting the trip sleep deprived, and the trip home from Sydney was equally exhausting. A stopover somewhere would have been better for us.
