Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The company was very responsive to my requests. All communications were clear and timely. They gave me a very detailed and clear itinerary. They planned a great trip for us. All the hotels were great. the guides were very good. Suggestions of activities were good. All the guides and transfer drivers showed up on time as scheduled. I would recommend the company, and would use them again if travelling in this area.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Hiking on First Mountain in Grindelwald was spectacular as was visiting Trummelbach Falls in nearby Lauterbrunnen. Vienna is a beautiful and interesting city and the old city is very walkable with many pedestrian streets.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We were in Zurich only one night. I would have liked to stay there an additional night to see more of the city, but could not due to time constraints.
