Brazil Travel Review: Recife, Fernando de Noronha

Although this travel company (and the agent with whom I corresponded) were aways responsive and professional, I had difficulties organizing my trip to Recife, Brazil for Carnaval. I tought Zicasso was putting me in contact with travel specialists that were very familiar with Brazil and Carnaval, but it turned out the staff was Mexican and found out about Carnaval details (and camarotes, etc.) as I would ask about them myself. In short, good staff but not quite what I needed - would have rather dealt directly with a Brazilian travel company.
