Hmmm, tough question.  I'd say simply to have had more time to spend in each spot we stayed but that was due to our time restrictions.  Our trip was very busy so very little down time.  Especially at the hotels (except for the lodge in Marinilla), we would have loved to have been able to stay longer as they were excellent and so was the staff.
