The trip was beautifully designed and every facet of the execution went perfectly. Zicasso's agent followed our progress daily and adjusted our itinerary due to the weather and our needs. We felt that we had a friend in our corner the entire trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The entire trip was a success. We saw all the sites we intended to, were pleasantly surprised by new ones (Ljubljana, Hvar Island, etc), and were very happy to see places we had visited previously (Athens). A surprise was the quality and friendliness of the guides and drivers. Getting to know them was a highlight of our trip.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I am not sure we would do anything differently. We had a list of things we wanted to see and we saw them all. The hotels were all perfectly located and excellent, and everyone who helped us was outstanding. When the time came to go home, we were sorry, yet happy at the same time. The sign of a perfectly timed vacation. I would happily plan a vacation with our travel team again.
