Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We were very satisfied with the services and guidance of our agent in selecting the various hotels and excursions for our 10-day trip. She was easy to work with and paid attention to our trip variables. She was responsive to all questions and offered solutions and options. The person who monitored our daily events, was wonderful and it was a comfort to know someone like him made sure all went well.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Getting to know Croatia by visiting 4-5 different areas of the country. The people of Croatia are very engaging and were welcoming to tourists. Restaurants were fantastic, especially those with rooftop views of the sea. There are some excellent chefs serving tasty regional dishes.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Stay in Plitvice Lakes National Park overnight. We are hikers and would have enjoyed spending more time to repeat the circuit. We did not realize there were hotels there.
For us as retired people, Blue Lagoon was too touristy. Beautiful lagoon but too many boats that dock close to shore. Would have preferred a boat tour that went to less crowded area.

I am sorry that we didn't arrange one more day stay for you to have an overnight in the Plitvice National Park area. Yes, during peak season (July, August) in Croatia, particularly on the Adriatic coast, it can get pretty crowded and that is something we can't influence much at the moment but we will keep this in mind.
