exquisite country, gorgeous coastline, pristine waters, picture-perfect towns and villages
extraordinary food and wine
painful history
tour guides who could explain the nuances and complexities of the country and its past

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

long languorous lunches in the oyster farm, eco farm in Korcula, winery near Split drinking great wine and tasting delicious food with our friends

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

not sure if the side trip to Trogir was worth it; might have wanted to spend more time exploring Split.
