Croatia Vacation Review, 5-Day Trip

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am so glad you loved Croatia and enjoyed your time with our guides and drivers, whom we hand-pick and work closely with them to keep the service at the high level. I am sorry you didn’t value my service with the highest rate because you didn’t fully enjoy one hotel on your journey. 
Given that we planned your visit only few weeks prior to arrival in high peak of season, you can imagine how hard it was to find available hotels for the group of 5 guests in four cities. At the top of it, it was very challenging to handle hotel accommodation when you realized you provided me with the wrong date of your arrival only 5 days prior to the beginning of the trip. Still, we managed to accommodate all of your requests on such a short notice. I hope next time we will plan earlier and with the correct dates and all of our favorite hotels would be able to welcome you.

Even though you wouldn’t rate all accommodation with 5* stars I am happy you had a great trip and enjoyed all tours. Above all, I am really happy we were able to offer any hotels on such a short notice on the date change.
