Croatia Vacation Review: Zagreb, Split, Hvar, Dubrovnik, Rovinj, Istria, Private Tours, 47-Day Trip

This is the third time we have used Zicasso, the others being Australia/New Zealand, and UK.
All three have been most successful. I relate our outstanding Zicasso experiences frequently when talking travel with friends and family.  This Zicasso use, leading to this travel company, was extraordinary.  We began planning the Croatia trip in July 2021, but could not execute until 2023 due to Covid.  The travel company,  and specifically our travel planner, Jelena, ere fantastic.  They worked with us through the Covid delay, and prepared exactly the itinerary we desired.  What was most impressive is the detail and follow-through of the travel agency.  When presented the final travel itinerary I was amazed at the finest of details, including specifics with names, telephone numbers, maps, times, ferry schedules, et al.  We scheduled 13 private tours; all 13 tour guides were on-time, at the designated meeting place, and reachable by telephone. And they were very good.  Everything that was promised by the company, was delivered.  They were with us, either by phone, Whats App, or email, every day of the 47-day journey, often alerting specifics the night before the next day’s events.  One of our last days in Zagreb, we were invited to meet Jelena, and travel company’s Director, Andrea, for coffee and cake.  That was one of the highlights - meeting someone we’d gone back and forth with by email for two years.  On a scale of one to five, we would rate this travel company a 10.  The are most outstanding.  We would highly recommend them to anyone considering Croatia.  They really know their market.  They execute to the finest of details.
