The trip was very well organized. Pilar was exceptional in terms of responsiveness to my questions - both on WhatsApp and email, she was quick to respond. If I had any issues, I had no problem getting hold of her. The trip overall was amazing - Both the Ecuadorian Amazon and Galapagos. Very well organized itinerary.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Quito - Visiting Cotopaxi and the views were amazing. We also had a rainbow in the blue sky in front of a smoldering crater. That made for an exceptional picture and memory.
Amazon - The Lodge was a great place to stay in. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms. Service was outstanding. Seeing an Anaconda and sloth were the highlights there. Our guide was really good.
Galapagos - The ship hospitality was outstanding. Beautiful islands. Snorkeling and swimming with the penguins and seeing an octopus were the highlights for me.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Spend a little less time in Quito and stay in one of the haciendas in Cotopaxi for perhaps 1-2 nights.
