France Family Trip Review: Nice Cooking Class, French Chateau Accommodations, Yoga, Local Cuisine, Culture & History

Our trip planner was absolutely wonderful.  It was a huge plus to have a native francophone working on our family’s behalf.  Specially, the planner’s strengths were in listening to my vision for our experience, respecting the budget, demonstrating kindness and empathy, being available/responsive up to and during our family vacation in France.    
The single area if opportunity was the drivers in the south of France part of our tour.  Two of the pick-up times were wrong and the driver numbers were incorrect and we were stranded at a dock for a bit. The  company claimed he didn’t know me when I called myself.   I would recommend tightening up that process and ensure that company knows the family name of who they have responsibility for moving forward.
