Zicasso’s travel agent was fantastic. He went beyond the call of duty multiple times, made sure transfer connections happened, and was very knowledgeable and informative.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The hotel in Warsaw was wonderfully situated in a complex of restaurants, shops, etc.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would avoid the Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
