We had a fantastic experience working with Jake, who matched perfect hotels for us and was responsive to all our questions. We had a glitch in one of our reservations and Jake was incredibly responsive and resolved our problem perfectly. He was a wonderful travel agent to work with.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Biking in the Lavaux area of Switzerland, experiencing the breathtaking scenery of Switzerland and having spectacular food in all the restaurants in Lake Maggiore.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Nothing.
