Economy ferry tickets rather than business class as promised; bus without functioning air conditioner; inaccurate pick up time; trip to sites that were closed; car seats as requested not always available; portion of itinerary that we were looking forward to simply canceled at random; charge to our credit card inaccurate and not yet corrected; inaccurate recommendation for activity. And always some one else’s fault.
