Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a five-star experience. The organization, level of attention to detail, 24/7 support from Zicasso’s travel agency, destinations, and activities were all impeccable.

Despite not having a climate on our side, the agency was responsible for providing us with the flexibility necessary to be able to alter our itinerary. They proposed very attractive and compelling alternatives, hence we were able to spend a fantastic moment, despite the bad weather in certain cities.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The drivers and guides were truly memorable! They provided spectacular service, always looking out for us and with the best attitudes.

Furthermore, India and Sri Lanka turned out to be two fascinating destinations.

Northern India was very interesting and historical, while Goa and Kerala surprised with their natural diversity and the wide variety of spices that we were able to taste.

Finally, Sri Lanka, a practical and surprisingly diverse destination given the proximity between one city and another.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

South India was fabulous. However, we did not go at the best time of year. Unfortunately, the rains limited many activities within the itinerary.

We would have stayed less time in Kandy and Ella in Sri Lanka, replacing one or two nights by staying in Galle or somewhere on the south coast.
