Our travel agency provided excellent service. All of the drivers and tour guides that they booked were excellent. They were very flexible in discussing our requirements.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Excellent guides. Guides were knowledgeable, flexible and very agreeable.
The hotel at Ubud was breathtakingly beautiful.
We also loved Singapore. The hotel had the best location.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The airlines lost our luggage for three days after we arrived in Bali. They never even made it on the plane from Houston. I would put Apple airtags on my bags. Otherwise hotels, guides, and drivers were perfect.
