Italy Anniversary Travel Review: Florence, Chianti, 12-Day Vacation

I worked with Eleonora from the travel agency to book a trip to Italy for my parents' 40th anniversary. She helped me arrange a perfect trip that my parents loved. They just arrived home yesterday after a week and half in Italy, and when I asked my mother about the trip, she said "It was amazing. It was a once in a lifetime trip.
