Let's start with Zicasso, this is the first time I utilized this company to find an agent to work with in Italy. The first person they sent to me was not a great fit and they then sent me another option. I loved having that resource to find someone else. The agent at this Italy travel company was the second person and it was a great experience working with her. We were able to comunicate by email avoiding any language barriers. She worked extensively with me to plan a honeymoon for my son and daughter in law. I was very specific in what I wanted and she was extemely helpful every step of the way, she even assisted in the couples one request to see a Premier League soccer match. I would highly recommend her and have already started working with Zicasso again for a trip to another country.
