Prompt feedback. Oustanding customer service. Courteous and. gracious travel consultants. Punctuality. Great esperience and wonderful restaurant and sites recommendations.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Beautiful Sicily has many surprises. We were austounded with some of the ancient site liKe "villa del Casale" in Piazza Armenina.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would book hotels earlier. We had to make some comprosise for lack of availabililty.
