Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We used this travel company to help us book our Italian portion of our honeymoon. We spent 3 days in Rome and 4 in Sorrento, traveling the Amalfi coast. It was a beautiful trip overall! We experienced so much joy and my husband and I fell in love with Italy. We will definitely be back. Below, you will find my list of pros and cons of the vacation:
Pros:
- Excellent accommodations, the hotels were fantastic
- Very knowledgable tour guides (especially in Pompei)
- That cooking class! It was the highlight of our trip!
- Almost all transfers ran very smoothly
Cons:
- No acknowledgement that it was our honeymoon. It did not feel special, just another trip
- Very difficult to contact our agent. We ran into a few minor problems and when we tried to reach the contact numbers, we could not get a hold of anyone.
- Over-scheduled, we did not have enough time to explore neighborhoods on our own because we were always scheduled for a tour.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We absolutely loved our time on the Amalfi coast! It was stunning, I have never been anywhere as beautiful in my life. As previously mentioned, we very much enjoyed the cooking class, as well as the beach and the tour of Pompei. We also very much enjoyed the food tour of Trastevere. We ended up spending the most time in the neighborhood during our free time in Rome!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

A few things
- Change of accommodation in Rome: Our hotel was absolutely stunning! We had no issue with the hotel itself but we were not fond of the location. While we appreciate being close to more attractions, we were really hoping for more of a place where we can stay near the locals and find a more affordable meal, let alone an affordable espresso.
- Acknowledgement of our honeymoon: I was hoping that we would have more romantic activities booked or even acknowledgement by the hotels that it was our honeymoon. A honeymoon is a once in a lifetime trip and I just wish that we got to experience more of that while we were there.
