Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was well prepared and laid out. It was done basically according to our stated budget and sites that we wish to visit.
Most of the tour guides that were provided by Zicasso was excellent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Really enjoyed the trip to PISA Tower. Our tour guide was excellent - she is very knowledgeable and the presentation was fantastic.
There were many memorable moments on our trip - e.g. hearing an English speaking customer came in to the restaurant that we dined in and said in a loud voice that he wanted spaghetti with meat balls, and the waiter responded that he can have spaghetti and he can have meat balls but not spaghetti with meat balls.
Really enjoyed the scenery and the gastronomic delights that we have encountered.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Take a longer trip and enjoy Italy more.
Venice airport is a disaster. One really needs to plan for a minimum of three hours prior to departure time. A better deal may be fly into Venus and depart from Roma??
