Italy Review: Venice to the Amalfi Coast, Goat Farm & Cheese Tasting, Capri Island Boat Tour, Chianti Cooking Class, 2-Week Trip

Although we only scheduled one activity/tour per day, it actually felt like too much given the summer heat, the early start times, the length of some tours, and travel. I would allow for more down time and for more time in each destination. We had an ambitious 14-day plan to cover six different destinations. More time in Tuscany would be wonderful, for example.
I would most likely choose northern or southern Italy rather than trying to go from Venice to the Amalfi Coast and everything in between in one trip.
I would also ask for a more detailed account of the costs rather than agreeing to a daily per-person budget with no knowledge of what specific elements of the trip cost. This would likely affect my final itinerary based on each elements' respective value for price. On the other hand, it was nice to not worry about what each activity was costing as we experienced them. Everything was already paid for so we just enjoyed.
