This travel company was an excellent partner for our trip to Switzerland and Italy. Our original scheduled trip was to leave Dallas Texas for Switzerland at the end of August 2022. Due to a COVID outbreak at my wife's place of work, we had to reschedule for the end of September. Mario at our travel agency made all of the changes including air with no additional charges for our trip, amazing! Our travel team had a 24/7 service that you could contact for any questions or concerns. The service also alerted you of your next day’s events and how and where you would be picked up. Overall this was an exceptional service.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

This was our first European trip so we really didn’t know what to expect. For those who say there is no GOD, you haven’t been to Switzerland and viewed the picturesque Alps and countryside and realized that all of this is not an accident. Breathtaking waterfalls, receding glaciers and lakes supplied by glaciers that have colors of blue that are nothing short of unbelievable. Then there was Italy. Vineyards, fortress cities and the amazing history. Rome, a city full of treasures, from the Vatican to the Colosseum to all of the amazing paintings, carvings, statues and mosaic art work. Simply amazing!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

More leisure time to shop and find more local cuisine.
