Our travel planner and his staff at this travel company were superb.  They worked closely with us throughout the planning process and truly customized our trip.  They were very responsive to changes and made everything easy.  Once we were in Europe, they checked on us every day and answered whenever we called.  The drivers and guides they provided were all very polite, conversational and professional.  In particular, our guide in Rome was very knowledgeable and accommodating.  She kept us on schedule even though we needed several 'pit stops'.  We were traveling with my 84-year old mother and our guide was always so accommodating and understanding.  While our guide in Rome was extra special, all the guides and drivers were very understanding and accommodating.  Even though they were scheduled for specific time slots, they didn't seem to be in a hurry to 'quit on time'.  They frequently threw in 'extra' stops that weren't on the itinerary, but added to our experience.  All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased with our trip.
