Italy Tour Review: Rome, Florence, Museums, Art, 8-Night Travel

The travel agency was responsive—anytime we had a question or comment, they were very quick to respond. They planned a lovely trip to Rome and Florence for me and my friend. They listened to our wants and everything they set us up with was comfortable, safe, and what we hoped for. Even when we misread our train tickets to Florence, causing us to miss the train, Eleonora and her team were cool, calm, and collected. They rescheduled us in minutes, and there was no interruption to our trip. Every hotel was great, the list of recommendations for food, shopping, and activities were helpful, and every driver and tour detail was as expected. Thank you to the travel agency for a great trip!
