Italy Travel Agent Review: Rome, Sorrento, Naples, Capri, Amalfi Coast, The Vatican, Bicycle Tour, Hiking, 10-Day Tour

Suzanna was very responsive to our needs during the trip. We did have trouble with the transfer companies both on arrival in Italy and on the return trip to the airport. Our arrival flight was late and the driver did not wait for us at the airport. This was a bit disorienting and we felt a bit lost to start things off. This is not likely in the control of Suzanna's company nor was the unexpected one-hour premature arrival of the transfer driver to our hotel and his unwillingness to wait for us to be ready for the return trip to the airport. In both cases, we had to take a taxi. The selection of hotels was excellent in Rome and fair in Sorrento where we would have liked to have had a room overlooking the bay (which I did not realize when we arranged the trip). There was an issue with a vendor at an attraction in Naples but as with other minor issues, Suzanna was available to help sort things out. A couple of early departures in Rome did not allow us to fully enjoy the wonderful coffee and breakfast in the rooftop garden restaurant at the hotel in Rome. I would not say everything was smooth but we nevertheless had a great time and very much appreciated having our agent available to help when there were difficulties.
