Italy Travel Agent Review: Sorrento, 10-Day Vacation

We would like more information about the location of the hotels and available nearby resources. The accommodations in Sorrento were lovely but we arrived later in the day and all of the restaurants were completely booked for dinner. We ended up spending over an hour walking around trying to find a spot for dinner. We were told we would receive a welcome packet with all of our information but we didn't. Our contact person said she would contact us each morning to remind us of the plans for the day but she didn't. All of our itinerary was clearly identified in the pre arrival information but it would have been nice to have this day of personalized contact.
