In general it was very good. I would use this travel company again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Hotel in Florence was really great
Truffle hunt was so fun and such a unique experience
Wine Safari was great and the guide was so great
Cooking Class in Rome was very fun
Food tour in Rome was also fun
Tour guide in Florence was great
Concierge service was super convenient and always very responsive

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

In Florence, the Accademia Gallery (David statue) should have been included in the itinerary or we should have been told to book it on our own. We had to scramble
We were disappointed to not get to go inside the Duomo in Florence. We assumed we would go inside, not just view it from the outside. :(
The hotels in Rome and Naples were just ok. I feel like there might have been better options.
The tour guide in Rome was sort of rude (to others, not to us) and shared a lot of negative opinions, which was unpleasant.
The free days were days when museums were mostly not open, which was a bummer.
It would have been helpful to have instructions for how to navigate in Capri. We consulted a travel guide book, but if we didn't have that, we would have missed out.
Not a big thing, but providing instructions for how VAT works would have been helpful. I didn't have my passport or a photo of it when I bought some earrings at a store and missed out on the VAT refund.
