Our agent planned the trip of a lifetime for us. She listened to our requests, responded to emails immediately and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. It was a perfect balance of tours and free time.The scope of the trip balanced city and country, the hotels were exceptional, the taxi service was professional and always on time, and she was available to answer any questions while we were there. I would recommend her to everyone!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most memorable part of the trip was meeting my extended family in a small village in the Lucca area. Our agent called my cousin, who only spoke Italian, and arranged for us to stay with them part of the time. We loved the Tuscany area, but we're also glad to see some of the main cities,as this was our first time in Italy. Now we know where exactly we want to go back to.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would rent a house in a central Tuscany area that had access to the train system as well as rent a car to have more flexibility in our schedule. Traveling to 6 different hotels was fine for a first timer, but a lot of work and time spent waiting for trains, tours, etc.
