Booked an extensive Italy through Zicasso with this travel company in Rome.
Service was impeccable, everything went as planned, and was overall a super experience.
The guides selected by this agency were all five stars.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

My first trip to Italy, so there is so much to do.
Florence really took my heart, but the guide in Pompeii was wonderful.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would not do as much.
We slept in 10 different locations in 19 nights, would not be as hectic again.
Will never go near Heathrow again, avoid if possible.
