Italy Vacation Review: Naples, Florence, Tuscany, Rome Cooking Class, Truffle Hunting

I would have changed some of the logistics.  Sometimes there was no time built in to grab a quick lunch or drink and even a bathroom break.   While the hotel in Tuscany was beautiful and fun I would have preferred some place less remote and more accessible to the activities, and I would have loved more time in Florence.   We took the fast train from Naples to Florence.  I would have done this again from Florence to Rome.   The fast train was amazing and for a group of 6 was more comfortable than the van ride.
