Our trip was 2 years delayed due to pandemic. Our travel specialist, Susanna, stuck with us through all the cancellations and delays and over time, we were able to improve our itinerary leading up to finally traveling this year. Susanna was very knowledgable about the places in Italy we wanted to visit and provided great suggestions for places to stay, things to do and dining options. All the excursions and experiences were expertly managed with great local guides. We had primarily private tours with what seemed like VIP treatment at all times. Almost everything was flawless and trouble free.
