Italy Vacation Review: Rome, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Positano, Pompeii, Capri Boating, Path of Gods Hike, Scooter Tour

This is our second Zicasso trip and we were equally pleased with the level of service.  Our travel agency went out of their way to help when our travel companions' luggage went missing. Our travel planner responded almost immediately to any questions we had throughout the trip.  The welcome package of a prepaid cell phone and a Moka was a lovely touch.  Loved the trip, though there were some tweaks we would make in the future (our fault, not the agency's).  A couple of the hotels weren't in as good condition as advertised, but virtually all of our guides were exceptional.
