Italy Vacation Review: Tuscany, Vineyard, Cooking Class, Food Tours, 2-Week Trip

Luana from the travel agency did an amazing job planning a two week trip for my husband and me. It was our first time to Italy and Luana chatted with me over the phone, figuring out what I wanted out of the trip (food and old stuff) and scheduled everything accordingly. 
The tours she selected were phenomenal. The guides were all amazing. The hotels she selected were also amazing, perfectly located and all clean, comfortable, and friendly. She also did a great job scheduling transportation between locations, including a guide who escorted us from the dock by our Venice hotel to the train station, and then even on the train, making sure we found our seats. The most stressful part of vacation is moving between cities and she did a great job making that as hassle-free as possible.
