The reason I selected this travel agency for our trip partner was their prompt communication. Dharsana was always quick to respond as we worked together to plan our amazing holiday. He seemed to effortlessly transform our general ideas into recommendations we could research and approve. He quickly understood our priorities for our Bali visit was to learn about the people, culture, and history. The ease at which he build our itinerary and flexibility as we made changes along the way was impressive. As good as he was in planning this trip, the service went to the next level once we arrived. From the moment we hit the ground the travel team was on top of every detail. The result was a flawless trip. Literally the best planned and the most problem free trip we have taken. Kathy and I have traveled extensively but this trip and the service provided by our travel agency was by far our favorite international travel experience we have had.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

For Kathy and I the cooking experience, temple visits, and cultural dances were our favorite activities. We also enjoyed our time between stops having our guide explain the Balinese culture to us. Of course the monkey forest was fun, as was the elephant park. As we discussed I would likely do a half day visit at the elephant park even though we chose to stay there.
The week we spent at Wakatobi diving exceeded our expectations. The facility, service and most importantly the reefs were better than any place we have had the opportunity to dive. This was luxury diving at its best and it was just the most impressive underwater setting we have experienced in hundreds of dives. It was a week well spent.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

This trip was so amazing we literally had zero regrets. The only planning change we would have tweaked would have been to do a half day at the Elephant park (vs overnight) and add 1 or 2 nights at Legian and our resort near Kabupaten Badung. It was Kathy and I that wanted to spend the whole night at the park and it was nice... but we would probably have felt as good just spending half a day there. This trip was truly epic, the people, the culture, the food, the scenery ... all just amazing. Our travel company was the best planning and the service they gave us while there was the best we have ever experienced. They should get 10 STARS.
