Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our travel company helped us plan a terrific trip on short notice.
They were responsive when we had questions while we were in country, and they provided very clear instructions for every step along the way.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We had memorable hikes in both Atacama Desert and Torres del Paine.
The guides at both hotels were excellent and the scenery was amazing.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would spend one more day in each location - but we didn't have extra days available this time.
I might look for a different location in Atacama. The hotel facility in Atacama was lovely but the food was mediocre.
Note that the hotel was our idea - not our travel agency's - based on a recommendation from a friend.
