Luxury Costa Rica Vacation Review: Osa Peninsula, Puerto Viejo del Talamanca, Monteverde, Arenal Volcano, Biodiversity & the People

Travel is never perfect and any pesky issues, and there were mostly none, were handled rapidly and without fuss by this travel company.  We had two issues over our delightful three week vacation.  One was an issue with a room.  A quick call to the company and it was handled quickly and with little fuss to us when we found the hotel to be somewhat unmotivated to help us.  The other was a flight cancellation that happened while we were en route to the small airport in the Osa Peninsula.  How they were able to track us down, our phones were off, and contact the driver and relay the change to us, can only be described as amazing.  The driver handed us his phone and everything was handled without fuss.
I cannot recommend strongly enough how wonderful it was working with the company.  They helped make our vacation everything we hoped for and more.
