The trip was excellent! Everything worked as planned. Service was outstanding from beginning to ending. The local Concierge was really helpful. A great idea! Our agent's itinerary suggestions were fantastic. Guides were very knowledgeable and drivers helpful and polite.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Hard to point one or two. I would like to emphasize that the trip was an introduction to Italy for our teenager son. My wife and I have traveled to Italy many times before. However, even for us was an unique experience. We have never been before to Castillon del Bosco (Tuscany), Bologna, Portofino, and Lake Cuomo. So, these places caused a big impact on us. They are worth visiting, besides Rome, Florence, and Venice.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Definitely I would expend more days in each of the cities we visited, especially in Lake Cuomo area. Three days there were not enough at all. Not to mention Tuscany and the exclusive Castillon del Bosco. Overall 27 days in Italy at some point, seems really a short trip.
