Luxury Italy Travel Agent Review: Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Rome, Positano

Our travel agent, Alessandra, was phenomenal.
She helped us to find the perfect accommodations and activities while we were visiting the Amalfi Coast. When one of the activities had to be cancelled due to weather, she quickly arranged another tour for us to fill in the gap. 
Over the course of the last 3 years our plans changed several times due to covid, and she assisted us in all the necessary changes along the way. 
Our Amalfi Coast tour was the beginning of an 18 day vacation. We spent 4 nights in Sorrento and then a night in Rome before getting on a 12 day cruise. Alessandra had set up the entire land portion and transportation. About 3 weeks before actually leaving I decided to look at pictures of the vehicles that she had arranged for us, and thankfully I did. They would have been too small for 6 people and all the luggage we had. I contacted Alessandra immediately and told her that we also had the 12 day cruise and we would all have at least two suitcases, some backpacks, and some ladies bags. She immediately went into action and found us different vehicles that could accommodate our overpacking!
Alessandra gave us tips on restaurants that were wonderful.
The driver that Alessandra hired to take us from the airport to Sorrento and back to Rome before the cruise was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips on things to do and restaurants, also. 
The guide that drove with us on our Amalfi coast tour was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I can not remember his name at this moment.
We had one night where we decided we wanted to go to another town to dine at a restaurant that Stanley Tucci had talked about on his show. Alessandra contacted our driver and arranged to get us there and back. 
All in all, our experience with Alessandra was amazing. She assisted us in so many ways. And she was in touch with us the entire time we were there, via texting and WhatsApp. She answered questions at all hours and was constantly available.
