Luxury Italy Vacation Review: Milan, Florence, Tuscany, Amalfi, Como, Napoli Wine Tasting, Rome Cooking Class

Our agent is great and very professional.  We communicate via e-mail and she had put the itinerary for us.  We work on it together until we were happy with it.  Everything was organized well and on time, and she was willing to assist us in whatever needs we had.  She kept us informed if there is any change in the schedule. Like There was a problem with the train schedule due to the strike, and she got us new tickets and took care of everything without a hassle.  We had mobile phone waiting for us at the first hotel we arrived and it was very useful, especially the walking map application, such a great tool.   All the guides we had was very nice and knowledgeable.  We had a very nice time in all the cities we went.
