Our Italy travel agency created a customized itinerary for my parents, my brother and I for our June 2015 Italy vacation. All of the transfers, tour companies, hotels and train rides they arranged for us were pleasant, punctual, and professional. Our agent at this travel company reduced the stress of planning a vacation for my family and I and she was very accommodating whenever I had suggestions, concerns, and desired changes to the itinerary.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our stay in Sorrento, the guided tour in Pompeii, the day trip to the cities along the Amalfi coast arranged by our travel company were the best. My family and I organized our own day trip to Capri Island which was also a blast!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would carry less luggage because it's such a hassle lifting them onto the train and up stairs of hotels that didn't have elevators.
