Kate at this New Zealand travel agency did a great job translating our needs into a flawless trip. We just returned from our three week stay in the South Island of New Zealand, and we can't believe how perfect the experience was. Everything was handled as promised: flights, car, accommodations, and tours. The places she chose for us to stay in were exceptional, and while we spent more than we had originally hoped, we are glad we made the decision to go with her suggestions. We are definitely referring this agency to our friends.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Because the trip planning and execution was hassle-free, we experienced a lot of great moments. The accommodations, the people, the route we took -- all were spectacular and easy to enjoy!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If we were to do this again, we would have our travel agency handle all of our flights too. We ended up booking some of those ourselves, which meant there were multiple tickets and legs - which resulted in having to transfer our bags manually at the airport.
