Luxury Switzerland Family Trip Review: Zurich, Grindelwald, Zermatt, Pilatus Railway, Chocolate Workshop, 12-Day Tour

My 90 year old father wanted to go to Switzerland, and invited my wife, sister and I.  We looked into the usual commercial tours and were concerned that the pace, luggage and strict schedule would be too much for Dad at his age and capabilities.  My wife found the travel agency, and after a lot of back and forth, Bjoern and his team had designed the perfect vacation with great attention to the smallest detail.  From the moment we landed in Zurich, everything worked like a fine Swiss Watch.  Our professional drivers were on time, handled our luggage, and gave commentary on landmarks and general Swiss trivia.  My father suffered a medical issue and spent three nights in hospital.  Bjorn was able to reschedule, provide translation and basic assistance and advice to make the unscheduled event as seamless as possible.  As a side note, make sure you have medical insurance when traveling!  Thank you for a trip of a lifetime!
