Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our Zicasso agent was phenomenal. I was like Bridezilla and she accommodated everything. I was doubtful because this was my first time using a travel company and I had many connecting flights due to hopping from province to island to country, etc. I was also traveling solo. If you’re a woman, it can be scary going to another country alone. He took the stress out of the whole trip and made sure I had guides and rides every step of the way. I had someone meet me half trip and he was able to flawlessly accommodate that too! I will book with this travel company again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The most memorable part of my trip was embracing the culture. My tour guide took me on foot and through all the public transportation an everyday person who lived in Thailand would take. I was immersed in their everyday life, which is exactly what I wanted.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would plan more excursions or tours. On the days I was free I was a little bored because I didn’t know where to go or what to do.
